“What We Did at Vic’s Place” (Part Two) - Mayhem and General Insanity by A Phillips. Photographs and other weird things by Alan Hewitt.

Once again it is that time of the year when we treat five criminally insane members of TWR to a day with that well known stinging nettle throwing athlete: Anthony Phillips. This year was a special event because it also saw the presentationto Anthony of a highly coveted award: The Zinc Stoat of Budapest, presented by Eric Semprini of Halitosis Productions to Ant for his sterling contribution as scriptwriter for the series Scooby Doo.

But seriously folks, your editor has not taken leave of what little is left of his senses. The visit to Ant’s was once again a great success. We had over 100 successful entries again and it is unfortunate that only a few of you can win. Better luck next time. The lucky winners were: Jonathan Dann (Billericay), Phil Morris (Hereford), Graham Duxbury (Darwen), Jeremy Brown (Bristol) and David Quarter man (Aberdeen).

Next year’s competition will be helped (or hindered) by The Pavilion, Ant’s own new information service, details of which are to be found elsewhere in this edition.
